Terms of Service

By accessing or using AdNeuron.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AdNeuron provides an AI-powered advertising management platform that connects to third-party ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) via OAuth and exposes tools for LLM clients (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor). The Service is provided "as is" during its open beta period.

2. Accounts & Workspaces

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your workspace.
  • You must be 18 or older and authorized to connect the ad accounts you link.
  • One workspace per signup on the Free plan; additional workspaces require a paid plan.

3. Billing & Quotas

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are listed on the Pricing page.
  • Tool-call quotas reset on the first of each calendar month.
  • The Free plan has a hard cap of 15 tool calls per month with no overage.
  • The Plus plan allows overage at $0.50/call up to a $50/month cap.
  • Pro and Max plans have hard caps; no overage charges.
  • Refunds are evaluated case-by-case; contact support within 7 days of a charge.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Connect ad accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
  • Circumvent quota limits through automated abuse.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written permission.
  • Violate any applicable law or third-party platform terms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).

5. Intellectual Property

AdNeuron owns all rights to the platform, its code, and its design. Your ad account data remains yours. You grant AdNeuron a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdNeuron is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including ad spend outcomes or platform policy changes by third parties. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted (except as required by law).

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules.
