AdNeuron.ai ("AdNeuron", "we", "us") operates an AI-powered advertising management platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

  • Account data: email address, name, and workspace name when you sign up.
  • Ad platform data: OAuth tokens, campaign metrics, keywords, and spend data pulled from connected ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) solely to provide the service.
  • Usage data: which tools you call, timestamps, and quota consumption — used for billing and abuse prevention.
  • Payment data: billing is handled by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status; we never store raw card numbers.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and improve the AdNeuron service.
  • Authenticate you and enforce workspace isolation.
  • Calculate and enforce monthly tool-call quotas.
  • Send transactional emails (quota alerts, billing receipts) via Resend.
  • Detect abuse and protect platform reliability.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your ad account data to train AI models.

Third-Party Services

We share data only with the following sub-processors, each bound by data processing agreements:

  • Neon — serverless PostgreSQL database (US/EU regions)
  • Upstash — Redis cache and message queue
  • AWS — compute (ECS Fargate) and storage (S3), us-east-2
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email

Data Retention

Campaign performance data is retained for 90 days in hot storage. Account and connection data is retained for the lifetime of your workspace. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@adneuron.ai. We will respond within 30 days. GDPR and CCPA rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) are supported.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256 before storage. Row-level security in Postgres ensures one workspace can never access another's data.
