AdNeuron Privacy Policy

1. Scope and responsibility

This Privacy Policy describes how Adneuron LLC ("AdNeuron", "we", "us") handles personal information in connection with our website, advertising management service, APIs, and supported AI and automation integrations. It applies to account administration and service operation. When we process personal information in a customer's advertising data on its instructions, that customer may be the controller and we may act as its processor or service provider under an applicable agreement.

2. Information involved

Depending on the features you use, information may include your name, business contact details, organization, account settings, billing identifiers, subscription status, support messages, and communications preferences. Connected services may supply account identifiers, campaign settings, creatives, spend and performance metrics, and other data permitted by the access you grant. Authentication credentials or tokens may be processed to maintain authorized connections. Technical records may include IP address, browser information, timestamps, activity logs, and error reports.

3. Sources of information

Information comes from you and your organization, the advertising platforms you connect, the AI clients or other destinations you authorize, payment providers, and service activity. What we receive depends on your permissions and the relevant provider. Do not send customer lists, sensitive personal data, or unrelated information through a feature unless its intended use and contractual safeguards support that processing.

4. Purposes of processing

We use information to establish accounts, authenticate access, perform requested advertising workflows, show reports, administer subscriptions and usage allowances, provide support, troubleshoot errors, protect the service, and comply with legal requirements. We may use contact details for product communications and, where permitted, marketing with an available opt-out.

5. AI clients and model providers

Connecting an AI assistant can cause data returned by AdNeuron to appear in that assistant's conversation or workspace. Those providers handle information under their own terms and the settings of your account.

6. Payments

Stripe processes subscription payments. AdNeuron may receive customer identifiers, payment status, invoice information, and limited payment-method details needed for billing. For purchases covered by Stripe Managed Payments, the merchant of record identified at checkout may process tax, dispute, refund, and transaction-support information under its own privacy notice.

7. Recipients and disclosures

Information may be shared with hosting, database, authentication, email, support, analytics, and AI vendors as necessary for the purposes disclosed here; with platforms and clients you connect; and with people or destinations you authorize. We may disclose information to satisfy legal obligations, protect rights and security, or support a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The service may use cookies or similar storage for login, security, preferences, and other disclosed functions. Where we use nonessential analytics or advertising technologies, we describe and control them as required by applicable law. Browser controls can limit cookies but may affect functionality.

9. Retention and deletion

Disconnecting a platform prevents future authorized access but does not necessarily erase previously processed data. Account deletion may require retaining limited billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records.

After you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete your account information and associated data, including tool call logs, within 90 days, except limited records we must keep for billing and legal purposes. Database backups are retained for 7 days, so deleted data is also removed from backups within that 90-day period.

10. Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks of processing. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should protect credentials, limit permissions, and report suspicious activity.

11. International processing

Our vendors and service infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. Where legally required, we rely on a valid transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

12. Legal bases and regional rights

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the relevant legal basis may be contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent, or a legal obligation, depending on the processing purpose and role. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or object to certain processing; withdraw consent where relied upon; and complain to a supervisory authority. We may verify identity and apply lawful exceptions. Requests concerning advertising data controlled by a customer may need to be directed to that customer.

13. California and other state rights

Where applicable state privacy laws cover the business and processing, residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of specified sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. Eligible residents may use authorized agents and should not face unlawful discrimination for exercising rights.

14. Your choices and requests

You can manage available account settings, disconnect integrations, revoke permissions at the original platform, and unsubscribe from marketing using the provided controls. Service and billing notices may still be necessary. Submit privacy requests to support@adneuron.ai. Revocation does not change how an external AI client handles data already received.

15. Children and policy changes

AdNeuron is intended for business users aged 18 or older. If you believe a child supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We may update this notice as the service and practices change, providing notice and obtaining consent when required. A policy update alone is not consent to a new processing activity where consent is legally required.

16. Google API user data

AdNeuron's access to and handling of information obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable Limited Use requirements. Applicable restrictions include prohibitions on selling covered data, using it for advertising purposes, and using it to develop or train generalized AI models. 17. Meta Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of Meta data stored by AdNeuron, email support@adneuron.ai from the email associated with your AdNeuron account. Include your workspace name and the Meta ad account ID, if available. Do not send passwords, App Secrets or access tokens. We verify your identity and authority over the affected workspace before processing the request and respond within 30 days.

Disconnecting Meta stops future collection through that connection; it is separate from requesting deletion of previously synced data. We will confirm the request's outcome and explain any retention required by law. Deleting data held by AdNeuron does not delete campaigns or ads held by Meta.
